- All orders ship between 1 and 2 business days.
- Prep times on bulk or wholesale orders will vary depending on order size, but we generally ship under 5 business days.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Although we wish you loved your Rug Rave purchase, we understand if it just wasn't right for your home. We allow easy returns within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return postage.
Once you've processed your return, you will receive an email with your convenient USPS return label to ship your item to us for a refund minus shipping costs.
Although we offer free shipping, we do not cover return shipping costs. The return cost will vary based on the product and will be displayed upon processing your return. We offer discounted pricing on all return labels to provide the best returns pricing to our customers.
